yeah its REALLY close.. both are near the city… Citi Field (the Mets) is in Queens (just outside the city) and Yankee Stadium is in the Bronx (also just outside the city)

In a cab with around 10 minutes of traffic, it would cost about $24.06.

They are about a 45 minute drive from each other through new york traffic. There is no subway from the Bronx to Queens without switching and a taxi would be about $150. So I would try and hitch a ride with a friend. By the way I have been to both stadiums and there great. Both are among the top 5 in baseball. Make sure you go through the Rotunda when you visit Citi Field and the Great Hall in Yankee Stadium.
